公司之前有員工在94年7月前到職,要結清他們之前的退休金額,請問基數要怎麼算呀?雇主也要算進去嗎?公司最長的是83年8月到職的,之前看到說1年給與2個基數,那就是10年*2基數=20個基數那另外10個月要算嗎?還是只算10年,再乘上當初的薪資是如20基數*薪資33,000=660,000!!是這樣算嗎?請知道的朋友跟我解釋一下,萬分感謝!!
