請問酒測值有換算的法規嗎?

肇事後酒精濃度隨時間變化,一般而言血液中酒精濃度會在酒後1-2小時內達到高峰,之後隨時間增加而遞減.肇事發生後常因現場混亂或當事者受傷,無法在第一時間取得呼氣酒測濃度,因此事後取得之酒測濃度並無法代表肇事當時之酒測濃度.

以下有一套目前公認的酒測還原公式,公式在運用上男女有別:
　

男性肇事當時酒測濃度(mg/l)=0.017*事後酒測濃度(mg/l)*5*延後酒測時間(小時)
　

女性肇事當時酒測濃度(mg/l)=0.015*事後酒測濃度(mg/l)*5*延後酒測時間(小時)
　

以當下酒測值乘上延後的時間~所以已先生因該當下測得0.07X~所以才會0.36
