陸：釣魚台讓步才辦峰會 安倍峻拒

〔駐日特派員張茂森／東京二十九日報導〕日本首相安倍晉三在二十八日的網路黨魁討論會上透露，中方在尖閣問題（釣魚台問題）上曾要求日本讓步，才願意舉行日中高峰會談，但他認為「高峰會談固然重要，但是為高峰會而損害國家利益是不可能的」，日本在釣魚台問題不會讓步。

安倍說，中方曾表態，指「日本如不吞下一定的條件就沒有日中高峰會談」。安倍並沒有指出中國方面說的「條件」具體內容是什麼，也沒有說是誰傳話，但日本媒體揣測，消息是由本月下旬剛訪問北京的安倍親信、內閣官房參事谷內正太郎帶回來的。

安倍首相強調，日本始終認為中國的想法是錯誤的，領導人之間的交流的確非常重要，但是為此而損害國家利益是不可能的，他表示沒有為了要和中國國家主席習近平會談而在釣魚台上讓步的計畫。

日本前內閣官房長官野中廣務曾在六月初前往北京，表示日中雙方曾對釣魚台領土主權爭議達成「擱置」的協議，中國曾對此大加讚賞，日本則全盤否認。日本與中國上次高峰會談是在去年五月，之後雙方未曾有高層接觸。
