全台僅存日治時代百貨建物　「林百貨」整修後今揭幕 【辛啟松／台南報導】全台僅存的日治時代百貨建物「林百貨」，經過3年整修後，今揭 幕開放參觀。文化局表示，「林百貨」將在7月公開評選委外經營廠商，在結果公布前， 「林百貨」將由文化局管理，並開放民眾參觀。市長賴清德說，林百貨的修復象徵著台南 市做為台灣的文化首都又向前邁進一步。 被台南人俗稱為「五層樓仔」的林百貨，其實是6層樓建築，外部立面由洗石子及溝面磚 組成，最上層的女兒牆做成階梯狀，牆線順序滑落連接兩翼商家，每層皆以雨庇與陽台構 成水平線條橫貫，形成渾然一體的造形。建物結構設計採當時先進的鋼骨鋼筋混凝土技術 ，配備電梯空間及設備；屋頂層的「神社」、5樓「洋風餐廳」、6樓「展望室」，現仍留 有殘蹟。 http://www.appledaily.com.tw/realtimenews/article/life/20130630/217850/ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.40.112.239
