公司遠東紡織福特六和地點新竹新埔桃園中壢職務非研發類工程師非研發類工程師住所租屋或宿舍200 租屋或宿舍1000 加班少，加班費偶爾，建議換補休工時 8小時隔週六上半天週休，週工時39.5hr 出差大陸建廠見習少，台灣薪資 N+2（浮動） N+10 年薪 75~80 86 目前拿到這兩個offer，小弟生平無大志，想直接做到退休... 個人背景中字輩理工碩，三年研替SW經驗... N就台積價以下為個人分析遠東紡織優點：廠內年齡層偏高，應該滿適合做到退休... 雖為隔週休，但聽說青年節、教師節...等都放假缺點：offer報到才給，怕被錶，薪資浮動，不確定會跳多大... 底薪僅約22k，固定薪資30出頭.. 福特六和優點：福利好出名，包三餐16元，假多，底薪約50 缺點：稍有挑戰，部門加我共四人（含主管），需跨部門輪調福特下週三前要回覆，想請教版上前輩，你們會怎麼選？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 123.241.64.45
