英房貸核准件數 增幅大於預期

（中央社台北2013年7月1日電）英國5月房貸核准件數增幅多於經濟師預期，達到2009年以來新高，意味英國央行英格蘭銀行（BOE）的信貸擴大計畫對房市產生助力。

BOE今天表示，5月房貸核准數為5萬8242件，相較於4月經修正的5萬4354件。根據彭博社訪查22名經濟師的預估中值，市場預期核准數由初估的5萬3710件增加至5萬5800件。淨房貸金額增加2.82億英鎊（4.29億美元）。

房地產研究機構Hometrack今天表示，6月房價上漲0.4%，追平6年來最大漲幅。BOE推出的貸款融資計畫（FLS）降低銀行的融資成本，有助於舒解信貸壓力。全英房屋抵押貸款協會（Nationwide Building Society）上週指出，上月房價上揚0.3%時，也援引這項計畫。

倫敦IHS環球透視（IHS Global Insight）經濟師阿契爾（Howard Archer）在今天的數據出爐前指出：「最新的調查證據與房貸數據指出，房市活動頻率可能終於真的提升一個檔次。」（譯者：中央社徐崇哲）
