《歐股》BOE、ECB口頭護盤奏效，三大股市狂漲

歐洲三大股市4日在英國央行(BOE)、歐洲央行(ECB)先後宣示寬鬆貨幣政策不變之後大幅走高。德國DAX指數4日終場大漲2.11%(164.99點)，收7,994.31點。英國FTSE 100指數勁揚3.08%(191.80點)，收6,421.67點。法國CAC 40指數上漲2.90%(107.30點)，收3,809.31點。

英國金融時報報導，BOE、ECB在同一天動用非傳統政策工具、令市場喜出望外。在過去，BOE若維持利率不變，通常都不會發表會後聲明。Mark Carney在接掌BOE總裁之後第一次主持的貨幣政策會議就打破傳統、表示「市場預期英國利率將在2015年走升」是毫無根據的。

ECB總裁德拉吉(Mario Draghi；見附圖)4日不但宣誓利率在未來很長的一段時間內都將維持在低檔，還透露ECB決策委員已就降息進行廣泛的討論。

marketwatch.com報導，英國最新公佈的數據顯示，6月份英國房價上揚至近3年高點。Persimmon PLC、Taylor Wimpey PLC這兩檔營建股分別大漲4%、7%。

彭博社報導，僅管BOE買債規模維持在3,750億英鎊不變、關鍵利率也維持在0.5%不變，但Carney對於利率的宣誓已足以讓FTSE 100指數在4日創下19個月以來最大單日漲幅(3.08%)。

高盛證券將法國汽車大廠標致雪鐵龍汽車(PSA Peugeot Citroen)的投資評等自「中立」調高至「買進」。標致雪鐵龍大漲10%，收6.86歐元、創4月24日以來最大單日漲幅。
