歐洲央行（ECB）總裁德拉基4日表示，基準利率會在目前或更低水準維持「很長一段時期」，首度改變歐洲央行向來不預設貨幣政策的立場，目的是想保持市場長期利率於低檔。歐洲股市應聲大漲，創下逾兩個月最大漲勢。歐元兌美元貶值1%。

歐洲央行4日在利率決策會議後一如預料，宣布維持再融資利率於0.5%不變。在公債殖利率上揚的壓力下，德拉基終於對歐洲央行的貨幣政策前景提出看法。～經濟日報2013年 7月 5日頭版頭條
