借車給客戶是否有可規範的契約

客戶開車過來洗車，有時會趕時間把車放在洗車場，通常都是洗車廠的員工開車載客戶來回。
目前想買一台車，讓客戶能夠借用。
1.害怕客戶超速被罰款
2.害怕客戶酒駕違規之類
3.害怕客戶出車禍
害怕一堆問題產生
所以想問是否有類似的契約(PS：非租車公司單純借車給客戶而已)
小小洗車廠只是想要方便客戶
畢竟洗一台車才賺一點點小錢
如果因為方便客戶造成虧損=因小失大
