這算是蓄意傷人嗎？？
我先生先打某某先生是有錯在先是沒錯
但對方說我先生蓄意傷人
請問某某先生那天我先生是自己一個人在喝酒
後來是某某先生他自己過來找我先生他喝酒然後又找他划拳
輸了又不喝所以在生氣之下才會動手打手某某先生
那如果某某先生沒自己過來找我先生喝酒
又沒找他划拳的話就不會有這些事情會發生
那這樣可以告我先生蓄意傷人嗎
蓄意傷人的用詞應該不是這樣使用的吧
請問這樣如要談何解需如和談呢
賠償方面醫療方面跟工作損失方面還有精神賠償
法律上有所謂的精神賠償責任嗎
如果談和解破裂我先生可能會被判哪些罪行呢
急需對法律上有深識的人快快幫忙回答問題謝謝
