因狗糞互毆 鄰居互告遭訴

（中央社記者陳淑芬台中5日電）張姓婦人發現住處外拖鞋有動物糞便，認定是林姓鄰居愛犬所為，登門理論，雙方大打出手，互告傷害，檢方同時起訴2人。

台中地檢署起訴書指出，62歲的張婦與51歲的林男是住在台中市北區的鄰居，雙方因寵物大小便問題相處不睦，張婦在102年4月間發現放在大門外的拖鞋上，有動物糞便，認定是林男的愛犬傑作。

張婦上門找林男理論，雙方一言不合發生爭執，林男腳踹、毆打張婦，張婦也拿起塑膠桶及盆栽向林男丟擲，警察獲報到場處理。

張婦及林男各持挫傷、撕裂傷等醫院驗傷證明，互告對方傷害，台中地檢署依傷害罪起訴林男、依傷害罪及毀損罪起訴張婦。1020705
