其實會長痘痘有很多原因

內部應該從飲食做起,少吃油炸高熱量,高鹽,醬料之類的,多喝水,多吃蔬果,不僅改善皮膚狀況,身體也健康了

表面的話,應該避免去擠它,你擠完一顆,手上的細菌也就順便感染給那一塊區域的皮膚

清潔的話,如果皮膚容易泛油,除了早晚清潔外,中午也可以單用清水清洗,用衛生紙壓乾,如果覺得皮膚不會太乾的話,不用在擦任何的東西了

***用衛生指壓乾臉上的水分很重要,千萬不要再用毛巾了,一大堆細菌

還有你可以用一些無刺激性,中性的清潔用品,例如施巴
