大陸房地產龍頭萬科A(000002.SZ)公布，6月銷售面積111.6萬平米，年減8.82%；銷售金額134.9億元(人民幣,下同)，年增1.28%；6月銷售增速大幅回檔，主要受商品住宅市場需求放緩的影響。

萬科1-6月累計銷售面積716.4萬平米，年增18.90%；銷售額836.7億元，年增33.79%，占瑞銀全年預測值1,676.2億元的50%，符合預期。萬科5日股價收於10.20元，上漲4.08%。

萬科土地儲備持續快速擴張，6月分別在長沙、溫州、北京、成都和烏魯木齊各購入一塊土地，總建築面積為168.1萬平米，對應地價44.1億元，公司按權益計算的土地儲備增加134.1萬平米。

萬科1-6月累計已購入1,352.5萬平米土地儲備，對應權益值970.1萬平米，樓面均價為2,565元/平米，低於2012年全年2,911元/平米的水準。
