南韓將設立旅遊警察 保障觀光客權益

為了保障照顧外國遊客權益，首爾市政府首次設立「旅遊警察」，專門防範取締以外國遊客為對象的詐騙或其它犯罪集團。

南韓旅遊公司統計，因被敲竹槓或遭竊等外國遊客舉報案件，在二○○九年為四百六十八件，去年劇增為八百九十七件。

首爾市計劃在市內旅遊特區幾個定點，各安排十幾名員警，專門受理遊客報案。
