高速公路熱「爆」了 檢查輪胎再上路

〔自由時報記者黃博郎／麻豆報導〕熱爆了！近來南部持續高溫，高速公路爆胎意外連連，警廣幾乎天天播報高速公路有輪胎皮散落狀況。警方呼籲，駕駛上路前先檢查輪胎情況。

輪胎業者強調，爆胎者大多為舊胎貼新皮、胎紋磨平或老化輪胎，高速行駛時一旦爆胎偏向，極易發生車禍。陳姓業者說，通常會在高速公路爆胎的車輛，無非是輪胎被鐵釘等異物刺到、或是輪胎老化失去彈性，有些則是已磨平仍勉強上路。在高速行駛時，因溫度較高或遇煞車、突然轉向，無法承受較大胎壓，極易爆胎。

更誇張的是，很多大貨車為了省錢，竟在磨平的舊胎上貼上新皮，以多輪並排的後輪為主；駕駛常自認為，破了其中一輪仍可行駛，沒有危險。

事實上，其中一輪爆胎雖不會危及本身，但飛出的輪胎皮若打到其他車輛，或掉在車道導致其他車輛偏移，仍可能造成重大意外。各種車輛都應使用尚未老化、磨平的安全輪胎。
