【時報-記者柯婉琇綜合外電報導】因不看好軟銀提高收購美國行動電信公司Sprint Nextel的價碼，以及準備連帶收購Clearwire公司的計畫，國際評等機構標普公司周一宣布，將日本軟銀的信用評等從BBB調降至BB+，為最高的非投資（垃圾）等級，評等展望為「穩定」。

美國聯邦通訊委員會（FCC）上周五宣布，核准軟銀以216億美元收購Sprint Nextel公司，並連帶收購與Clearwire。

軟銀截至3月31日的短期借貸為1.2兆日圓（119億美元），長期負債為1.7兆日圓，其中規模約1300億日圓的未償債務將於9月17日到期。

信用評等遭調降意味著倒債風險攀高，將推升借貸成本。軟銀股價下挫逾3%。
