金正恩大裁軍 傳對核武有信心

（中央社記者陳安台北9日電）南北韓近日雖對開城工業區重啟一事有點眉目，但北韓擁核仍是國際間一大隱憂。日本媒體報導，北韓領導人金正恩上個月指示大幅裁軍，外界揣測意味著對核武開發的自信。

日本「朝日新聞」今天報導，金正恩上個月指示大幅裁減陸海空三軍，約裁減30萬兵力。

報導表示，金正恩約裁減了5萬名軍官、25萬名士兵，並計劃將之改編至軍方的經濟部門工作。

報導分析認為，裁軍的用意，一方面在於改善北韓現有的經濟；也有可能因為核武開發完成，因此可縮減傳統兵力等。

南韓政府人士表示，若北韓縮減兵力屬實，意味著他們對軍事力量很有自信，且北韓完成開發核武的可能性也頗高。1020709
