（路透東京9日電）日本國防白皮書今天指出，中國大陸和北韓對日本的安全威脅愈來愈大，甚至點出，大陸的入侵領海和領空的危險舉動，可能引發極大憾事。

這份報告預料將引發北京當局強烈反彈。領土爭議和日本首相安倍晉三論及國家戰爭時期歷史的發言，再再加劇日陸緊張關係。安倍先前的發言顯示，他主張減緩對日本戰時歷史的道歉語調。日本年度國防白皮書說：「日本國家安全面臨多樣議題和不穩定因素，部分議題和因素愈來愈明確、尖銳和嚴重。」報告說：「中國試圖根據自身主張，強行改變現狀，與現存的國際法格格不入。」報告說：「中國侵入日本領海，侵犯日本領空，甚至做出危險舉動，可能引發意外事故和極大憾事。」北韓去年12月發射飛彈，加劇區域危機；今年2月又第3度核子試爆，恐讓平壤當局進一步邁向研發長程核子飛彈目標。日本國防白皮書說：「北韓發射飛彈…顯示，北韓在延長彈道導彈射程和準確性上，已取得進展。」報告說，如果北韓依據去年12月測試的核子技術研發出彈道飛彈，武器射程將可觸及美國本土中西部地區。國防白皮書說，儘管日本國防預算今年微幅增加，過去10年還是少了5%。而大陸國防預算在同一時期間則增加3倍。中央社（翻譯）
