問題1.
珊瑚草凍的熱量計算有沒有更準確的數字呢??
我搜尋了很多關於珊瑚草的網頁
看到一堆只說熱量低，但是到底是多低呢???
有的人說的珊瑚草凍或石花凍100g的熱量是32卡..
也有人說是300多卡..
有沒有更瞭解的大大知道準確的數字到底是多少呀...

問題2.
這邊所謂的珊瑚草凍100g，是以多大的碗來裝算是100g?

請好心的大大解答~感激不盡!!!
