我們在2012年底那裏打人 在學校也有
可是警方在2013年的7月份叫我們去做筆錄

被打的那方好像沒有 驗傷單

可是看警察資料上面寫 妨礙自由 傷害罪

我們都是未滿18歲的 這樣有可能會被關嗎?

有什麼有效的方法可以解決 不用被關.
