如題
7/9剛買入手的籃球鞋是US10的，當時在店裡試穿很合腳很舒服，但是我穿去打球時發現動起來很不舒服，如今已經穿了兩次，右腳小腳趾頭已經腫起來
7/11今天我帶著發票.鞋盒.鞋子拿去原本購買的那家店換US11，他卻跟我說:你已經穿出去室外了，我們不能幫你做更換

是真的不能更換還是店家不讓我更換?
