關於爭取夫妻分開住～小孩要遷戶口的問題

我有四個問題要問......

１
可以在不回到原本戶籍區公所、也不拿原本的戶口名簿的情況下就遷移戶籍的嗎？
因為我為了某種原因想帶我女兒跑去一個地方躲起來
不想讓我老公找到
這種情況下可以把女兒戶籍遷到別處而不用跟我老公有連絡嗎？

若我跟老公還沒離婚，只是各自生活
這樣小孩以後要唸幼稚園或要做什麼
有什麼事情是必須要父親出面或同意的嗎？
（因為不想跟老公聯絡）

若男女雙方離婚要打監護權官司
在法官還沒把小孩判給誰之前
小孩有規定要跟誰同住嗎？

若要爭取監護權第一步該怎麼做？
是去法院辦理還是找律師？
