蘇花公路 下午5時全線封閉

（中央社記者沈如峰宜蘭12日電）交通部說，蘇力颱風來襲，台9線蘇花公路今天下午5時起，實施全線預警性道路封閉。

交通部公路總局第四區養護工程處說，依據中央氣象局預估，下午4時左右起，蘇力颱風將開始影響宜蘭與花蓮地區，預期屆時蘇花公路將有風強雨驟，隨時有突發性局部超大豪雨、落石、坍方與土石流發生的機率，尤其入夜後視線不良，更會嚴重危及用路人安全，因此蘇花公路宜蘭蘇澳到花蓮崇德的全線將在下午3時起，禁止車輛進入；下午5時起，實施全線預警性道路封閉。1020712
