標題[請問] 家裡廚房排水孔 下雨天水會滿出來

房子買了大約兩年半 最近下大雨時才發現這麼嚴重 一樓的廚房&廁所在下大雨時 都會從排水孔滿水出來 造成整間都是淹水 找建商來看 好像是排水坡度問題 現在要處理的話 可能要把家裡一整排地磚打掉重新處理 請問如果需要這樣處理的話 這筆錢我們自己有必要負擔嗎?? 最近一直跟建商反應 他們來看了後只幫忙通了一下 就說沒什麼辦法了 !!! 最近下大雨全家都要出動排水 很累人 下大雨如果沒人在家就很麻煩了 感謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.142.164.138
