如標題
房子都更後已經交屋但是公設還沒驗收
建設公司在交屋前先預收所有權人管理費 (不是提撥的那一筆是另外收的)
在管委會成立後建商遲遲不將管理費交付管委會
導致管委會沒錢運作
對住戶來說 "管理費交了" 對管委會來說 "沒收到錢" 可以運作
導致公設點交物業管理選任等等都要聽建設公司的
這樣建設公司算是侵占款項嗎?
如果這筆款項在沒有管委會同意下被使用了帳算在管委會頭上嗎?
應該向哪個單位申訴這種情況請前輩賜教
