集思廣益兩岸兩會簽署服務貿易協議，引起社會熱烈討論，此次特別邀請專家學者座談，出席人員包括經濟部國貿局長張俊福、政大國家發展研究所教授童振源、台大金融研究中心主任黃達業、財團法人環球經濟社社長林建山、台大國家發展研究所副教授辛炳隆、中華經濟研究院區域發展研究中心研究員史惠慈，主持人為中國時報社長王美玉。
