標題[討論]工作內容與目標

各位版上前輩好：最近跟同事聊天剛好聊到一些工作心得，同事本身大概有六、七年的工作資歷，因為自己本身換新的工作大概一年的時間，他跟我說如果一份工作做了一年以上自己覺得還是很吃力，就要考慮自己是不是適合這一行，要趁早換不要拖到有年紀了才在考慮，不然到時候什麼都沒有也換不了比較好的工作，但是自己本身對工作內容還蠻喜歡的，想請問各位前輩應該設定一個目標，假設最多兩年還沒有很得心應手就換工作，還是繼續留在原地方學習，感謝回覆~~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 122.116.219.246
