日前於網拍購買10樣東西,6/2收到簽收,但因沒馬上核對物品內容,於6/18才發現少3件物品,當天通知網拍賣家,但賣家回覆說:關於我裡面有寫"若收到商品有問題時
請3日內告知(含國定假日)逾期恕不受理"
現在賣家堅持不退錢也不給貨....那我該如何處理呢???
