面皰嚴重痘疤

我的痘痘長很多
痘疤更是真的滿臉都是，幾乎整臉全滿痘疤
而且我長痘痘都是長面皰(就是白濃大小泡都有)
面皰一直長，痘疤又不消
給醫美看擦藥也沒用，去皮膚科拿藥也沒用..一堆很多偏方都試過了
除了雷射之外幾乎都試過
結果都沒用，說會代謝，都8年了也代謝太久了巴我都20歲了
真的很自卑而且我又是女生每次都很羨慕人家皮膚光滑
真的不知道該怎麼辦

有甚麼有用經驗可以告訴我嗎?
桃園台北有比較便宜又好的雷射嗎?因為真的是窮學生
媽媽又一直說會好啦會好啦，很多大家的偏方都試我自己買
