腰椎受傷可以向勞保局申請補助嗎?

因工作時跌倒

原以為是撞傷而已

過幾天還是疼痛

就於7月1日到大醫院就醫

才知腰椎受傷

第四五節脫落長骨刺

無法擺攤工作

我的投保單位是職業工會

我看診的收據都有留下

現在還是一直在作復健收據也有留下

因暑假之潮比較多又無法工作

沒收入又要支付醫藥費

想問我能向勞保局申請補助嗎

要如何處理~
