東電坦承福島核一廠 汙水已流入海

福島核一廠的經營公司「東京電力公司」，今天首次承認，福島核一廠的放射性污水，已經通過地下，流進大海。

不過東電說，核電廠港灣口附近，以及近海的放射性物質，數值極低，因此污染幾乎僅限於港灣內部。

東電「原子能代理部長」「尾野昌之」在東電總部，召開「道歉記者會」說，東電的目標，是不讓污水流出核電廠，因此發生這樣的事情，真的很抱歉。
