住戶樓下管理員 會讓外人進去嗎？

我想請問那種住戶樓下的管理員門通常都鎖上要是住戶才會開門 因為我想要去男友機車上面偷偷放禮物 請問我要怎麼說大樓管理員才會讓我進去呢？ 說找人嗎？...
