我每天早上都會去市場買一斤的蜆回家自製蜆精給我男友喝

但我有聽說蜆精喝多不好！但是怎樣才算喝太多呢？

一天一斤熬出來的蜆精量是一般的小陶瓷碗滿滿的！

這樣算多嗎？如果蜆精喝太多會怎樣？
