借手機不歸還...

約莫上個月同事因為手機壞掉,我就把汰換下來的s2(智慧型手機)借給他用

但是後來他離職了,手機也不歸還給我,請問該如何處理!

PS : 當初購買的手機外盒發票 IMEI碼都還在!

我希望直接去報案,但是不希望被吃案,該怎麼做比較好呢?
