急~高手請幫忙~雇主減薪員工不同意

我在某家醫院上班
由於風聲聽到老闆說要調降員工薪資
如果他發出公告 我們員工不同意 還是繼續扣薪
這樣的作法 我們員工有什麼保障嗎

老闆出的理由會說生意沒以前好 看起來沒有很忙碌
我已經任職八個月 薪水4萬
如果扣薪是否能提出 非自願離職 要求資遣費呢?
如果可以那我能領多少?
