標題[請問] 請問一下國小老師退休金

是這樣的， 家中有位長輩現年65歲，是國小老師退休，已退休10年，領月退。 想請教一下，最近這幾年的退休金改制，對早已退休的人來說會影響到嗎？ 這好像是制度有沒有溯及既往的問題？ 感謝~~(如果可以的話給個方向讓我自己去查…謝謝！) -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.112.25.97
