標題[請益] 力晶製程工程師

前天去力晶面試黃光跟薄膜製程工程師聽主管介紹工作內容是都滿喜歡的也都有提到要輪班版上也都是推薦黃光對於一個新人來說能學到比較多東西雖然比較累就是最近這幾天要給主管答覆選其中一個職缺想請問該怎麼選哪個比較好? 另外請教一下力晶的製程工程師有分為固定日班跟固定四班二輪? 又或是大家輪流輪12小時夜班? 然後日班就正常8小時? 因為人資有提到日班跟夜班都有津貼聽起來像是日夜都12小時那就是跟其他上常日班的不一樣囉? 如果不一樣那工作內容也會不一樣嗎? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 180.218.243.240
