我平常那個來量都還蠻多的
就算晚上睡覺用40cm的夜用加長型衛生棉都還是會漏出來
常常把小褲褲和床單沾的都是對我來說還蠻困擾的
也不知道是不是我睡姿太差才這樣
所以想問大家除了用衛生棉
有沒有什麼其他好方法可以解決外漏的困擾?
