散貨出口 流程

小妹是三角貿易新手，請多指教^^
 
因工廠沒有出口執照，由小妹的公司來出口，
然後因為貨量不多走散貨出口，

小妹是第一次遇到走散貨，尤其工廠又無法自己出口，
實在不太清楚流程^^;

小妹的公司有配合的貨代及報關行，
報關行的小姐有跟我說出口前7~10天要告知她以便安排報關及卡車等，
還有她有指定工廠要把貨裝到哪裡， 
除此之外我一概不知要做什麼^^;

另，因為是散貨，所以我要自己算CBM，
算好是要給貨代嗎?
