最近買了一塊地,碰到了下列問題:
左鄰右舍未經許可擅自種菜,通知後仍未清除,請問我是否可將它拔除?
因上任地主讓人耕種,原本約定好收割後就不能再耕種,沒想到耕種的人是收割了.但...耕種的人將部分土地讓他人種菜.....種菜的人至今沒拔.還繼續種菜.(原本也想說沒關係.但後來感覺不太好.因為他們好像都當<理所當然>也不知出來知會一聲.感覺很差.) 至今還搞不清到底有多少人種... 我該怎麼做.? 請問有誰能幫幫我 .實在感謝.....
