要等法院判決確定（罰金或徒刑），之後在繳費

肇事逃逸是非告訴乃論罪，檢察官會依法起訴

如果對方有與你和解（過失傷害）在肇逃部分法官會從輕量刑

但是最基本上你還是要受到民法上的賠償與刑事上的罰金或徒刑

建議您要拿出您的誠意上家屬看到在法院在比較有幫助
