簡單來說，就是犯法輕微有悔意等等，法官判輕一點，6個月有期徒刑，然後你可以申請用罰金代替被關，緩刑三年的意思，等於暫緩執行前面的刑期罰金那些，三年內你如果都乖乖的沒犯法，緩刑一過前面的刑期那些自動消失，如果在作奸犯科，就要執行前面你犯的過錯的處罰。
