1. 我在2010年BLOG上傳了三集的動漫影片(非營利),但上傳時台灣尚未有代理商代理,2012年台灣出現了有權代理商,此時BLOG已經公開停止營運,則該代理商在2013年對我提出告訴,這樣是否成立犯法?

2-1.如果上述犯法,要與對向公司和解較好還是交給法官判決?

2-2.如果給法官判決會留下前科?

3.如果問題1.不構成犯法對方公司提出告訴時我該怎麼處理?
