你好！

外婆的5個兒子2個女兒都有平均繼承權，其中一個舅舅往生了,往生舅舅有小孩的話, 舅舅的小孩有權代替舅舅的應繼分。

如果往生舅舅沒小孩, 那就排除舅舅的繼承。

但是他們不要我外公外婆和舅舅的牌位，請問這樣子還可以繼承我外婆的遺產嗎??

可以的！要不要牌位, 跟繼承權無關, 還是可以繼承。

有什麼方法可以讓他們繼承財產又一定要繼承我外公外婆和舅舅的牌位?

牌位是各自請分靈出去, 要不要是隨人自由決定 , 沒誠心的請牌位回去不供養的也有,轉放到廟裡的也有, 拿這種事當繼承的條件, 沒有意義, 並不適宜。

當然, 你們要協商雙方同意 , 雙方滿意就好！
