（中央社記者陳淑芬台中9日電）台中市蘇姓兄弟，因父親過世，繼承房屋，但阿嬤仍居住，兩兄弟要出售房子，竟將阿嬤物品搬到騎樓丟棄，阿嬤提告。兩兄弟被依強制罪起訴。

台中地檢署起訴書指出，蘇姓兄弟年齡各31歲及29歲，民國101年蘇父過世後，兩兄弟與阿嬤居住數十年的房屋，因繼承登記在蘇姓弟弟名下，擬將賣屋。

蘇姓兄弟認為阿嬤仍有其他子女可以奉養，寄發存證信函通知姑姑等人，將阿嬤接走，卻無人理會，且阿嬤仍堅持留住。

蘇姓兄弟強行將阿嬤的私人物品及屏風等物搬到騎樓，不讓阿嬤住在屋內，並張貼「未經所有人許可，請勿擅自闖入」及「騎樓的東西，如不搬走，一律視為廢棄物清理」等字樣，並將房屋鐵門關起來。

案經阿嬤提告偵辦，台中地檢署依強制罪將兩兄弟起訴。1020809
