仲介業勞資問題~跪求懂的人

我原本在一家仲介公司上班，有成交一件案子
離職時請老闆開一張我未領的薪資單給我，等時間到在領款
之後時間到了該領錢時，老闆故意說買賣成交的合約不見了，
所以服務費沒收足，
所以我的薪資減少，也未達年目標所以也沒獎金，還一直說
買賣雙方有些甚麼款項不付所以公司吸收了~你身為業務也要吸收一半
還說公司沒牌須要花更多錢跟別人買發票，所以我也要吸收一半，我覺得好不合理。

我就一直跟她說這末重要的合約不見~你怎麼就讓業務這樣承擔
跟他協商三次都被趕出來及被罵髒話，還有就算真的業務需要吸收一些費用，
至少也要有收據單據吧，老闆就只用口頭說，要跟他要相關資料，
以及我的薪資明細，老闆卻只會說公司資料不外流。
