標題[心得] 向政府建言--民營公司資遣費能比照中研院

本文主題: 民營公司應比照中研院,給予員工每個月存一筆"離職儲金" 過去我待過中研院,也待過一些科技公司,親眼看到某科技廠做了八年的經理, 被公司用"調到外島當工友"的手法,逼他辭職,導致他連八個月的資遣費和六個月的失業救濟金都沒拿到. 相對的,中研院的聘書雖然有六種以上左右,但是其中一種是有"離職儲金"的, 也就是當你在職時,政府會提撥"離職儲金"給你. 之後即使是辭職,也能拿到相當於資遣費的"離職儲金"--一張台灣銀行的即期支票. 但是民營公司若辭職,則一毛錢也沒有. 民營的公司,都是用很多手段,讓員工辭職,拿不到離職儲金, 最近小弟有在看日劇,才發現日本那邊的很多公司,也都是這樣搞員工的. 例如小西真奈美2011年時,主演的"馬克斯之山",大家有沒有注意到,裡面的演員, 離開公司都是自請離辭的,沒有一個是被資遣的. -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.223.68.212
