關於戶籍遷出弱勢補助

我今年22歲想讀書想報名四技二專進修部
意外得到消息學校可申請弱勢補助...

弱勢補助已查到弱勢補助家庭總收入年所得不得超過70萬元..
因家庭因素父母不願意幫我付學費...
父親一個月收入2萬出..
母親已退休 ,現在是家庭主婦..退休金有250萬
一個姐姐月收入2萬...
加上我的月收入2萬...
還有一個弟弟正在讀高中沒收入...

父親加上姐姐加上我的收入 ,3人的年收入已破70萬...
估計是無法申請若是補助了...

問題1.母親的退休金250萬是否必須加在家庭年收入裡面一併計算???

問題2.我是否能遷出戶籍 ,自己一戶 ,與父母無關 ,這樣我年所得就沒超過30萬
進而申請弱勢補助 ,請問此方法是否可行???

(問題2.是重點 ,因為家人沒人願意幫我付學費)
麻煩各位大大回答了 ,我想讀書!!!!!!
