痛罵吳宗憲 宋新妮舊愛遭訴

（中央社記者劉世怡台北22日電）宋新妮前男友黃國鎮因認宋女與吳宗憲間存有曖昧，受訪時指吳是「劈腿王」、「通姦王」。北檢今天依公然侮辱罪嫌起訴黃。

台北地檢署公布起訴書指出，49歲的黃國鎮與藝人宋新妮原本是男女朋友，現在已分手。黃因認為宋女與吳宗憲間存有曖昧，在2011年12月30日時，接受平面媒體記者電話採訪時，以「劈腿王」、「通姦王」等語，辱罵吳宗憲。

檢方指出，相關採訪內容製作影片，事後刊登於媒體網站，供不特定人點閱觀看。吳宗憲事後控告黃國鎮。

檢方勘驗，平面媒體影片指出，宋新妮與黃國鎮分手後，雙方在網路上互罵，而且又傳出宋女與吳宗憲「舊情復燃」，記者分別電話採訪宋新妮及黃國鎮。

台北地檢署今天偵結，檢方認定黃國鎮犯行明確，依公然侮辱罪嫌起訴。1020822
