聯手打死鄰居 父子3人遭訴

（中央社記者楊思瑞台南26日電）台南市蘇姓男子酒後到鄰居家中鬧事，在母親面前遭鄰居蘇姓父子3人聯手打死，台南地檢署今天依傷害致死罪起訴3人。

台南地檢署調查發現，死者與鄰居蘇姓男子的配偶都來自越南，死者常在酒後與妻子發生口角，妻子就會躲到同鄉鄰居家中。死者在今年6月19日深夜，疑似酒後跑到鄰居家找妻子未果，踹門並大聲咆哮，與屋主發生衝突。

南檢指出，體重超過100公斤的死者，被屋主蘇姓男子父子3人聯手壓制在地，不顧趕到現場的死者母親在一旁苦苦哀求，輪流出手毆打，導致死者心肺功能喪失，送醫宣告不治。

南檢指出，被告父子3人接受檢警偵訊時對案情避重就輕，辯稱是正當防衛。檢察官偵結後，認為被告3人敗壞治安，依傷害致死罪起訴，建請法官判處適當刑期。1020826
